Every repair at MacTech Pro is backed by a clear promise: a free diagnostic, a fixed price agreed before any work begins, no fix no fee, and a 3-month warranty on the repair using genuine-grade parts. If a repair we carried out fails within the warranty period, we put it right at no cost to you. We believe an honest guarantee should be simple to read and easy to claim, not buried in conditions.

What’s covered, and what isn’t
What the warranty covers. The specific repair we performed and the part we replaced are covered for 3 months from the date of repair. If the same fault returns because of the repair or the part within that period, we fix it again at no charge, parts and labour included.
What it does not cover. A genuinely new and unrelated fault, fresh accidental or liquid damage that happens after the repair, physical damage from a drop, or problems caused by another shop opening the machine afterwards. These aren’t part of the original repair, so they fall outside the warranty, though we’re always happy to quote for them.
How to claim. Just contact us with your repair receipt or ticket number. We’ll inspect the machine, confirm it relates to our original repair, and put it right. No drama, no run-around.
