1 Warranty Coverage Overview
At MacTech Pro, we support our services with an excellent warranty scheme. A standard 6-month warranty will be provided on most of the repair services, assuring you that your equipment will continue to work well.
In the case of MacBook screen Replacement, we offer a warranty of 3 months. This reflects our confidence in the lasting quality of our MacBook screen service.
We are not only trying to solve problems with your devices, but also to assure you that you need not worry about the quality of the job.
2 Eligibility Criteria
Warranty is applicable only on work carried out by our certified technicians at MacTech Pro. Your coverage begins on the day that your repair is completed and the device is returned to you.
3 Limit and Duration of Warranty
- Most Repair Services: 6-month warranty covering parts and workmanship.
- MacBook Screen Replacement: 3-month warranty on the screen and related components.
Warranty coverage begins from the date your repaired device is collected or delivered to you.
4 What's Covered & What's Not
Covered:
- Defects in parts and components supplied by MacTech Pro.
- Workmanship issues directly related to our repair.
- Faults arising from the same original issue within the warranty period.
Not Covered:
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or accidental damage after repair.
- Repairs or modifications carried out by third-party technicians.
- Physical damage, cracked screens, or liquid damage occurring after repair.
- Normal wear and tear of components.
5 Claim Process
To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
- Present your repair receipt or proof of service at our service center.
- Our team will review and assess the claim in accordance with the warranty conditions.
- If approved, the repair will be carried out at no additional charge within the warranty period.
You may also initiate a claim by contacting us via phone, email, or WhatsApp before visiting.
6 Warranty Exclusions
Please note the following important exclusion:
- Water Damage Repairs: Devices repaired for water or liquid damage are not covered under the standard warranty. Water damage is unpredictable in nature and may cause recurring or new issues that are beyond the scope of the initial repair.
We always advise customers to take preventive measures to protect their device after a water damage repair.
7 Terms and Conditions
- The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer of the service.
- Warranty is void if the device has been tampered with or repaired by a third party after MacTech Pro's service.
- MacTech Pro reserves the right to assess and determine warranty eligibility on a case-by-case basis.
