1 About MacTech Pro
MacTech Pro is an MacBook repair specialist based in Dubai, UAE. We are not affiliated with, authorised. or any other technology brand. Our technicians are highly skilled professionals with extensive experience in Apple product repairs, but our services are provided independently.
All repairs are carried out using high-quality components that meet or exceed original manufacturer specifications.
2 Our Services
We provide professional diagnosis, repair, and maintenance services for MacBook Air, MacBook Pro, iMac, Mac Mini, Mac Pro, and Mac Studio devices. Our services include but are not limited to screen replacement, battery replacement, keyboard repair, logic board repair, water damage restoration, data recovery, and macOS installation.
Service availability may vary depending on parts availability, device condition, and technical complexity. We reserve the right to decline a repair if we determine it cannot be completed safely or to a satisfactory standard.
3 Repair Estimates and Pricing
All pricing provided before the repair begins is an estimate based on the initial diagnosis. In some cases, additional faults may be discovered during the repair process. If the final cost exceeds the original estimate, we will always contact you for approval before proceeding.
You will never be charged more than what you have agreed to. Transparent pricing is one of our core commitments.
4 Customer Responsibilities
By submitting your device for repair, you confirm that:
- You are the legal owner of the device or have the authority to authorise its repair.
- You have backed up all personal data prior to submitting the device. MacTech Pro is not responsible for data loss during the repair process.
- You have disclosed all known faults, previous repairs, and any water or physical damage to the device.
5 Data and Privacy
MacTech Pro technicians work solely on the hardware components of your device and do not access, copy, or share any personal files or data stored on your device. We strongly recommend backing up your data before any repair.

6 Warranty
Most repair services carried out by MacTech Pro are covered by a 6-month warranty on parts and workmanship. MacBook screen replacements carry a 3-month warranty. Full details are outlined in our Refund & Warranty Policy.
Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, liquid damage after repair, or repairs carried out by third parties following our service.
7 Uncollected Devices
Devices left at MacTech Pro for more than 30 days after the completion of repair and notification to the customer will be considered abandoned. MacTech Pro reserves the right to dispose of or recycle uncollected devices after this period, with no liability to the customer.
We will make reasonable attempts to contact you before any such action is taken.
8 Limitation of Liability
MacTech Pro's liability is limited to the cost of the repair service provided. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use or inability to use your device following repair.
In the unlikely event of accidental damage to your device caused by our technicians during the repair process, we will repair or replace the affected component at no charge to you.
9 Third-Party Parts and Independence
MacTech Pro is an MacBook repair provider and is not authorised, or any other original equipment manufacturer. The use of our services does not affect any existing Apple warranty — however, please note that Apple may void your device warranty if it detects third-party repairs have been carried out.
We use high-quality OEM-grade and original components wherever possible to ensure the best results for our customers.
10 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
11 Changes to These Terms
MacTech Pro reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
